Hi, I have 3 different conformations of the same structure and I was wondering what is the easiest possible way to morph 3 conformations.
Morpheasy works fantastic for two conformations, and this makes around 80 frames. I can then reinitialize and do the other two states. I have no idea how to link the two. Does anyone have any ideas or documentation on this?
