Hi Andreas, you have three options:
1) upgrade your version of freeglut 2) try this patch: http://pymol.org/tmp/svn-4104-freeglut-fix.patch 3) become a sponsor and download pre-compiled PyMOL from http://pymol.org/download Hope that helps.
