Matplotlib bundled with EduPyMOL-v1.7.4.4 is unfunctional under Linux.

Under Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty) amd64, launch EduPyMOL-v1.7.4.4-Linux-x86_64, and
type the following commands in the Command Input Area:

PyMOL>from matplotlib import pylab
PyMOL>pylab.plot([1,2],[3,4])
PyMOL>pylab.show()

The plot is correctly generated. However, after a few seconds, PyMOL crashes
with this error:
TclStackFree: incorrect freePtr. Call out of sequence?
