Dear all,
I have installed the (latest) Pymol recently as described here:

After this, I installed pdb2pqr via
sudo apt-get install pdb2pqr
(sudo apt-get install apbs returns that apbs is already installed,
probably with pymol)
The pdb2pqr.py now resides in /usr/share/pdb2pqr/pdb2pqr.py
(Thanks to Matic Kisovec!)
I can run the plugin fine after copy/paste of the path into the plugin
window (program locations)
However, every time pymol is closed, the path is lost. I tried Thomas
Holder's suggestion:

However, this does not work (path inserted into apbs_tools.py do not show
up in plugin window).
Did anybody get this to work? I am editing the file in
/pymol-svn/modules/pmg_tk/startup
