Hi Albert,

Yes, Incentive PyMOL since version 1.6 can read properties from SD files. 
Example:

# load a file with all properties
set load_object_props_default, *
load example.sdf

# query loaded properties
get_property_list example

# query the MOLID property
get_property MOLID, example

# version 1.7 also provides a wizard to browse properties:
wizard properties
