Hi, I am having an issue when I try to generate the receptor.
In the PyMOL Molecular Graphics System window I get the message
C:\ADTworkspace\20170831
C:\ADTworkspace\20170831\receptor.receptorMinimizedDeletedWaterHydrogen.pdb
getstatusoutput failed
'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
In the PyMOL Autodock/Vina Plugin window I get this message
Batch: C:\Program Files
(x86)\MGLTools-1.5.7rc1\Lib\site-packages\AutoDockTools\Utilities24\prepare_receptor4.py
-r
C:\ADTworkspace\20170831\receptor.receptorMinimizedDeletedWaterHydrogen.pdb

-A checkhydrogens
I am using Windows 10 BASH. Where should I look to target what the issue
might be?
