Hello,
Is there a way to keep the sequence of structure, but remove the modelling
of some flexible loop? Meaning, Pymol should show the entire sequence, but
the strcuture should not show this sequence.
A side question, how else can I compare two structures in Pymol besides
aligning them and comparing RMSD?
