After optimizing the structure the coordinates transforms to another frame, what I need to do is to transfer back to the original coordinates by getting the transformation matrix when I tried to get this matrix using pymol, I got an error and I can't figure out the problem because I am new to pymol. please, could anyone help me how to get the transformation matrix?
