Hi Jan, With Incentive PyMOL, just type on the command line:
PyMOL> save file.stl We haven't released STL export with Open-Source PyMOL yet (I should update the release notes to make that clear). Other geometry formats that PyMOL can export are COLLADA (.dae) and VRML (.wrl).
