Hello, I have put together a small PyMOL script that generates a clickable Ramachandran plot from a selected set of protein residues. Clicking a point in the plot selects and zooms to the relevant residue in the main PyMOL window. Gly, Pro, Cys and Trp residues are colour-coded, as shown on a simple legend.
The plot uses matplotlib, allowing direct download of a PNG file. The Github link is here: https://github.com/JezTame/pymol-rama The README includes a screenshot and example usage. I hope the program is useful, and I would be happy to hear of any suggestions. best wishes, Jez ******************************** Protein Design Laboratory Graduate School of Medical Life Science Yokohama City University Suehiro 1-7-29, Tsurumi, Yokohama 230-0045, Japan https://tinyurl.com/4zdhj4y5
