I have both, of course. The installer ran without reporting any errors or
warnings, but PyQt isn't working:

File "treeline.py", line 33, in <module>
from PyQt4 import QtCore, QtGui
ImportError: DLL load failed: This application has failed to start because the
application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix
this problem.
