OK, I now have made a new PSEP 100 draft version [1]. There's nothing
much new, I just documented and tried to address the concerns raised by
Ville and Paul. Since no alternatives for the pyqtSignal => signal
rename were given, I let that be as the leading proposal. Of course,
this can still be changed.
