Hi John, we have indexed a table with 2,147,484,000 (> 2**31) rows with
no problems under 32-bit and 64-bit Python 2.4. Could you please
include a traceback of the error you get with ``createIndex()`` or
``ptrepack``? The output of ``tables.tests.print_versions()`` would
