Hi, I am using PyTables on XP. I have a dataset generated by the HDF dimension scale API. The DIMENSION_LABELS attribute is listed 4-Byte null terminated ascii string. When I try to walk the tree an exception is raised saying that variable-length string arguments are not supported yet.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything I can do about this? I understand that dimension scales are not supported in any sort of official way. I just want a workaround so that I can use the datasets. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
