Nick Coghlan added the comment: While the attached PEP 538 patches include their own tests, the uploaded pep538-check-click.sh script is the one I've been using to check that the changes have the desired effect of letting click "just work", even when the nominal locale is cleared, explicitly set to C, or explicitly set to POSIX.
