I made accusations and explained them. You accused me of making personal attacks, but won't back it up when challenged, saying that it'd be a waste of time. If it's not important, why make the accusation in the first place? I have thought about making arguments and explanations, but erased them because it could distract from this point. I'm far less concerned about the proposal (in either direction) than about the treatment of a new user and a controversial proposal.
