So, until now I counted 5 people that like to continue the discussion at the python-il group. In addition, there are no complains (yet...) about spaming this list.
>From the admin POV, google's platfroms seems much friendly. I'll suggest the following: Add python-il as a member of pyweb-il. If it will work (Some logistic problems need to be overcome), any message for pyweb will be sent also to python-il (You might get double messages).
