I'd prefer something sooner than Wed 5th October 2011 myself ;-)
Actually I'd propose something else first:
* Find out where people are located
* Figure out where is reasonable
* What days of the week people find easier - not everyone can do weekdays
and not everyone can do weekends
* If weekend what sort of time works best. (same goes for
evenings as well, given it's a wide geographic area, but its
particularly pertinent for weekends)
etc.
I note that the number of people subscribed to the group has risen to
57 since last year, so it might be a good idea for people to introduce
themselves... (since we're restarting things :)
