As Michael suggested, and as there are more people now than there were last time, maybe re-introductions would be a good idea, so I guess I'll start.
My name is Ross, and I'm reasonably new to Python, although I did make it to PyCon UK this year (and was at the first Chester GeekUp event last night with Darren). Currently I am a contractor working mostly with Microsoft technology (please don't hold it against me), but looking to escape to working with things I enjoy rather than things I _have_ to work with. I'm based in South Wirral, but have clients in Wigan and Manchester, so I am not too worried about location, although I'd prefer a meet-up sooner rather than later. I did meet a few people at PyCon when we were herded into our regional groups, but unfortunately it was far too short a time for me to remember anybody's name, and then I didn't know where anybody was afterwards. I guess that's it - anyone else? Ross.
