I'll happily give a lightning talk this time - not sure on what at this instant, but I'm sure I can find something interesting :-) One other thing I'd like to suggest is this - I'm not sure what time we're starting, but picking a pub to decamp to (if people want to :-) afterwards, and a time we'll be there would mean we could do both lightning talks and pub chat - which would be nice.
