pylint is being developed on logilab.org using mercurial. I do not
think splitting the development over two platforms is the best option
if we want to get more and more people involved in the development
process.

Mercurial is easy to learn http://mercurial.selenic.com/wiki/Tutorial

If you insist on using Bazaar locally, you can use the
http://mercurial.selenic.com/wiki/RepositoryConversion#Bazaar.3F
extension to convert your work to Mercurial before sharing it with the
rest of the pylint developers.
