Hello,

When calling pylint on a small script (600 lines), it takes several
seconds to run and eats up more than 900 MB of RAM. Other, similar
scripts are checked in a fraction of a second (so I don't even have time
to check the RAM usage in top).

$ pylint --version
pylint 0.23.0,
astng 0.21.1, common 0.55.2
Python 2.6.7 (r267:88850, Jul 10 2011, 08:11:54)
[GCC 4.6.1]

Is there a way to find out why this specific script needs so much memory
and time?

Thanks,

   -Nikolaus
