We have a lecture slot at the IET for July 5th. For those who haven't
been there, the facilities are first rate. If we choose a workshop: if we want to do practical demonstrations and let people join in, not only is there a wireless network we can use but also a number of PCs for people without them. Or if we go for a presentation format there are a number of lecture theatres with superb facilities. ('Facilities' also includes food and the bar afterwards - IET evening lectures are networking events too). Pete, Tim - Is the date convenient for you? Michael, As you can

things
through and produce a brief outline proposal of how you want to run the
event
