Got a little further with this. Sphinx works if I don't import anything importing OpenMaya (Pymel being on of these)
I think I need to install Sphinx with Mayapy. Only thing I can't seem to work that out. I can only install setupTools against my default Python install with the SetupTools.exe I tried using eay_install to -d flag to put sphinx into Maya's site packages. But that errors becase of C:\Program Files (x86) has a space.... Anyone?
