I wanted to constrain one transform between two transforms but in a different 
order. Not sure if I can also override the compute call from it but it does 
look like I'd have to go straight to C++ API. I did try prototyping it in 
Python but wasn't sure how to take a plug "asVector" unless I do it in C++. I 
do know the math and the logic works. Trying to get Maya to like it is the 
problem. =P
