Like the initiative! think there are way to few google-hits for pythonocc,
or occ for that matter!

What's also interseting to consider is how the samples are presented online.
are they just going to be static pages, or maybe more interactive with some
commenting/discussion features? One step further could be to allow registred
users to post their own samples/showoffs/useful snippets/problems with
screenshots and code, make it a bit more alive, and it'd be nice to see
what/how people are cooking up with occ. I really like the format of this
site: openprocessing.org.
Just wondering whether the user base is big enough and whether the programs
people write are suitable for sharing (in part or as a whole)?

Any thoughts?

Im not sure a standard wiki-system can handle this, but i think a slightly
customized blogging or forum system could work. I'd be willing to help out
on that part if there's more interest on this subject.
