One of the key reason why we decided to move to git is that dealing with
branches in svn is just impossible.
As a consequence new code got committed in a too early stage now and than on
the pythonocc SVN.
With git it will be much easier to orchestrate the various aspects of
pythonocc development.
Consequentially this will lead to a more stable /master branch, while
encouraging experimentation.
That with benefits such as offline commits, and the far more polished
experience at GitHub justifies this move.
