For your information, as I wrote here

relicensing OCCT to LGPL. Don't misunderstand, I'm not telling we will, we are 
analyzing if we can, hoping for a decision in a couple of weeks.

No ,that would not solve the issue of PyQt and OCC having incompatible licenses.
