I did the
Windows: Start 'Command Prompt' (typically under 'Accessories ยป System
Tools' or 'System'), and run:
> cd "c:\users\username\pywikibot"
> pwb.py login
but I did not enter my password, only created my ser_config. I forgot to do
it again.
