CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
Currently, the `replaceCategoryInPlace` function in `textlib` can only replace or remove a category in place. It would be nice to also add an `add_only` parameter to the function to add a `newcat` after the `oldcat` in place, just like the `addOnly` parameter of `replaceCategoryLinks`.
