I don't seem to have the core files in my project:
tools.ims-bot@tools-sgebastion-10:~$ ls -a
. .bash_history .cloud-locale-test.skip .python_history .toolskube
logs situated-views.py
.. .bash_profile .kube .pywikibot .viminfo
replica.my.cnf
Running
python3 /data/project/shared/pywikibot/stable/pywikibot/scripts/version.py
as stated in the guide gives the same error. I just noticed this

warning, but ain't sure what to do with it.

/data/project/shared/pywikibot/core/pywikibot/scripts/generate_user_files.py
also fails, and editing `.bash_profile` with the new location didn't work
either
