generate_user_files` works, many thanks. Should I update the guide with this
instruction?
I am now trying to install my dependencies in a venv. I created a bash script
to create, activate and install packages as per the guide, but am facing
WARNING: pywikibot 8.0.0.dev0 does not provide the extra 'geopandas'
WARNING: pywikibot 8.0.0.dev0 does not provide the extra 'pandas'
WARNING: pywikibot 8.0.0.dev0 does not provide the extra 'requests'
WARNING: pywikibot 8.0.0.dev0 does not provide the extra 'tqdm'
when trying to
toolforge-jobs run pwb-venv --command "./pwb_venv.sh" --image tf-python39
--wait
I know this isn't related to this ticket anymore, please let me know if
there's a more appropriate place to ask this...
