pwb.py -help:global
-cosmeticchanges Toggles the cosmetic_changes setting made in config.py
-cc or user config file to its inverse and overrules it.
All other settings and restrictions are untouched. The
setting may also be given directly like `-cc:True`;
accepted values for the option are `1`, `yes`, `true`,
`on`, `y`, `t` for True and `0`, `no`, `false`, `off`,
`n`, `f` for False. Values are case-insensitive.
`-cc:0` should be it.
