Hi

After recently upgrading to the latest CVS, I get the following type
of errors with the simplest PDF plots:

We are about to extract font information for the Type 1 font 'CMSY10'
from its pfb file. This is bad practice (and it's slow). You should
use an afm file instead.
Auto-guessing of font information for font 'CMSY10' failed. We're
writing stub data instead.
We are about to extract font information for the Type 1 font 'CMR10'
from its pfb file. This is bad practice (and it's slow). You should
use an afm file instead.
We are about to extract font information for the Type 1 font 'CMMI10'
from its pfb file. This is bad practice (and it's slow). You should
use an afm file instead.
Auto-guessing of font information for font 'CMMI10' failed. We're
writing stub data instead.

Although the PDF file is written and can be viewed, it causes acrobat
to complain about
an invalid /Bbox

Is there anything I can do to fix this? How do I tell PyX where my afm
files are?

Cheers

Will
