#441: conflicts crashes often crashes on fc19

Looking at the jobstats for 2013-07-24 (roughly, has some of the day
before and the day after), there are a lot of crashes for the conflicts
test on fc19 (86 crashes of 120 runs - 72% failure rate) but not all of
them are failing.
Figure out why the test is crashing so much on fc19 and whether it's worth
fixing.
