Didn't know where else to post this question but, as a non-technical
question, is there a stand-alone installation for OpenOffice Writer so that
ONLY Writer would be installed on a PC?

I ask this because I wanted to propose to my manager to add OpenOffice
Writer as a word processor on our company's software program disc. The
application we sell allows you to print reports from a template in
Microsoft Word. But for people who may not have MS Word and would not be
looking to purchase Word, I thought that an open-source MS Word alternative
like OpenOffice Writer would be something we could add as a separate
installable application that would work with the report capabilities of our
software package and thus give our end-users an alternative way to generate
and print their reports from our application.

I'm not a programmer. Is there a canned, O.O. Writer installer available
out on the Net or on the OpenOffice.org website? I only found the entire
OpenOffice suite.
