A quick follow up to this. The profile-related crash issue is impacting a lot of users. If you see a defect report that talks about an upgrade to AOO 3.4.0 or AOO 3.4.1 and many crashes, like within 30 minutes of starting up, with no obvious pattern, then ask them to rename their user profile per the instructions linked to in the Release Notes above.
