I took a look as well. I think you are doing a great job on the
technical side of the tasks, trying to figure out what the user is
talking about, reproducing the issues, etc. That's the hard part and
you are doing great with that.

A few tips on the process side, mainly with some fields in Bugzilla
that you could use:

-- When you successfully confirm a defect, be sure to set the "Last
Confirmation On" field as well. I see you give the version info in
your comment, but it is good to set this "Last Confirmation On" as
well. That way we can define search filters for defects that have not
been confirmed on a recent release.

-- Consider adjusting the issue severity field, adjusting it higher or
lower depending on the bug. If it is a crash, it should be higher
than normal. If it is a harmless UI issue, maybe it is lower than
normal.

-- When you ask the user for a file, or need other information from
them, be sure to set the "needmoreinfo" value into the Keywords field.
That way we can more easily search for issues where we are waiting
for the user.

Finally, in this one issue I was confused. You marked it as
confirmed, but your comment makes it sound like you did not see what
the user reported. Your comment sounds like the data imported
corrected:

Oh, one other thing: Could you add your information to this wiki page?

Thanks for your hard work!
