Hello Edoardo, This is described in the "Easy QA Task: Confirm New Defect Reports" section of this page: http://openoffice.apache.org/orientation/intro-qa.html There are two man reasons why you might not be able to reproduce the bug report: Generally you should try to work with the reporter of the issue to clarify the bug report, and find a way to reproduce it. The comments you enter into Bugzilla are automatically forwarded to the user. So this is a good way to ask questions, request a document example, etc. Finally, if you are not able to reproduce the issue at all, then you can mark the issue as RESOLVE/IRREPRODUCIBLE Regards, -Rob > edoardo > > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] > > For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected] > --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
