Hello Edoardo,

This is described in the "Easy QA Task: Confirm New Defect Reports"
section of this page:

There are two man reasons why you might not be able to reproduce the bug report:

Generally you should try to work with the reporter of the issue to
clarify the bug report, and find a way to reproduce it.  The comments
you enter into Bugzilla are automatically forwarded to the user.  So
this is a good way to ask questions, request a document example, etc.

Finally, if you are not able to reproduce the issue at all, then you
can mark the issue as RESOLVE/IRREPRODUCIBLE
