I don't insist on a pull. I said "either a pull request or a request from the maintainer", ie I didn't want to apply the patches without you saying you were OK with them. (Rereading that I should have avoided the word 'request' in the second clause there, it was confusing.) If you want me to apply them directly I'm happy to do that. thanks -- PMM
