It's kind of wrong in TexInfo; results in "Right single quotation mark" (U+2019) on both ends. But we're doing it this kind of wrong all over the place anyway, and the wrongness will go away when we switch to rST. Acceptable. Reviewed-by: Markus Armbruster <arm...@redhat.com>
