Martin,

  Sorry to take so long to respond.  I had some unexpected travel come up and have been away from my email.

  Yes, that's what I need but each item on that list has its own dependencies and that's what is driving me crazy.  Every time I change something on the list, it introduces several other problems in packages that don't appear on the list.  I haven't had time to track down all of the relationships.  I should be back for a while so will start working my way through everything today.  It's just going to be tedious.

Well, in the section "An overview of the dependencies required for
building" there is a list of libraries together with the minimal
versions. Isn't that what you are looking for?
