Hi, excuse me for "intruding" your developers list . Since last week I am watching the news from Japan and also found forwarded message from japan qgis translator. I came to this idea. I know that the last version was named after the mine in Chile, where the accident happened. What do you think about naming the following QGIS version after some Japanese town – maybe Minamisanriku (the most damaged town with tsunami – almost wiped out) – just as a gesture of solidarity? Just an idea ...
regards Jan PS: nothing against Wroclaw - we can keep this for next QGIS version -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/QGIS-1-7-Name-tp6092811p6195636.html Sent from the qgis-developer mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Qgis-developer mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-developer
