That's what I thouoght, but it proved wrong. We need just a room with connectivity, and most hotel can provide it at low cost, maybe even for free, especially when bundled with 20-30 rooms booked for 3-4 days. In the last day of the Valimera HF we had a very nice room, with good wifi, for free, quite convenient, as we could stop, sleep, eat, and work at will. Saving the transfer from the hotel to the hacksite makes things easier and more productive, IMHO. All the best.
