Hi Andreas This should be fixed in 8db77f. Let me note that the problem may happen only with rule-based renderer where some rules have been copied (to create new rules) while using qgis master. It should not be linux/kde specific.
Projects where this problem appears need to be fixed by the user - the easiest way is to select all rules, copy&paste them and remove the previous rules. This will rewrite their non-unique identifiers to unique.
