Hi, in never qgis web client versions, the requests to QGIS Server are converted from GET to POST if the URL length is > 2048 (as stated in GlobalOptions.js).
The problem is one and is, for we, big: if you use the URL rewriting for i.e. http:/test/qgiserver/project (project points to our /opt/projects/project.qgs) then in the POST GetMap requests, the parameter <map> is missing and thus QGIS Server cannot know which map file to open.
