I hSorry, I had the wrong url for the plugin
the correct one is (all lower case, non QGIS2compat):
http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/qgis2compat/

to the 30 people that already downloaded it. sorry you'll have to reload
the qgis repository in te settings.
