Not sure IF the plugins manager has information to change the order based on
the options I mentioned though...
Well, it is implemented long time ago :) You can right-click on the plugin list
to change the sort order. Also, we could easily (without any GUI changes) add a
filter expressions to the search bar
(e.g. "wfs votes:200 stars:4")
Ah, duh. Never used right click there... Thanks :-)
But then I would rephrase my feature request: change default order to ... Sort
by Downloads?
