Hi All, I also like Anita's second version best - but I can see the need for some more hints to something "geographic" in the logo and I think that's what Tim tried to get at - though I nice idea I think it's making it too complex for a logo. An other tack could be trying to get some kind of a geographic grid drapped over the Q - as in the example attached - I am not too sure about it but it may inspire you to come-up with something even better ?
