Hi Nick, I think there are two ways to accomplish this,
1, Select the yelllow polygon using the "Select Features" tool then Tools > Geoprocessing Tools > Intersect. Create a new shapefile in "Output Shapefile" and "OK" or 2. Using the "Select Features" tool again, Press Control button, select all the points in inside the polygon and then Tools > Geoprocessing Tools > Clip.
